.12months warranty for defective items(excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).If your collar ever fails during this 1 year period just ship the collar back to me with a copy of your receipt and I will ship you a replacement as no cost.

Where's My Order?

After you have placed an order you can check its status in My Account by clicking the "View orders" link and then by selecting the appropriate order. You may see if your order has shipped and view its tracking information.

Returns & Replacement

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it free of charge for up to 30 day from the original purchase date--we'll even pay for the return shipping.

Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item exhibits any obvious signs of wear.

If you received an item that is different than what was described on the website or different from what you ordered, you may still use our Online Return Center to request either a free replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to do exchanges. Your shopping experience is important to us, and we are working to implement this process in the future. Here is how to send a return to us.

If you’d like to replae the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.
If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting us

Because of the time involved in shipping and processing your return, we recommend placing a new order right away to ensure the item you want is in stock. Availability of items can change quickly--if you wait to place a new order until after your return is processed, items in your original order may no longer be available.

The way you return an item to us will depend on whether you are returning an item you ordered yourself, an item you received as a gift, or an item you received by mistake. But each process is designed to be as easy as possible for you.

Allow four weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Return mailing labels obtained from our online Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only.
